- Do tutors need the app?
- Yes, for check-in and check-out. It installs from the browser in under a minute and needs no app store account.
- What if a tutor has no smartphone?
- You can record the session yourself from your own device. The hours are marked as parent-entered rather than verified.
- Can my child see the schedule?
- Yes, with a child role that shows their own activities only. They cannot see rates, invoices or anyone's location.
- Does it work without internet?
- Yes. Schedules stay readable offline and check-ins queue on the device, syncing as soon as the signal returns.
- Who can see my home address?
- Only the tutors assigned to sessions held there. It is never shown to other families or to other tutors.
- Can I use it for one child?
- Yes. One child with up to three activities sits comfortably inside the free plan, permanently.
